Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wholesale Manager to lead and grow wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, drive bulk sales, oversee distribution strategies, and ensure profitable growth while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and bulk buyers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing structures
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee inventory planning and stock movement for wholesale orders
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations
- Lead, train, and motivate wholesale sales teams
- Identify new markets and business development opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in wholesale, trading, or distribution management
- Strong knowledge of wholesale markets and bulk sales operations
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE or GCC wholesale and trading sectors
- Background in FMCG, building materials, electronics, or consumer goods
- Knowledge of import/export processes and trade documentation
- Strategic planning and market expansion capabilities
- UAE driving license
