Job Description

A reputed supermarket chain, retail store, or commercial outlet in Croatia is hiring energetic and customer-focused Retail Workers to support daily store operations and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for stocking shelves, assisting customers, handling billing, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring products are displayed properly. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, friendly, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist customers with product selection and provide friendly service
✔ Stock shelves, arrange products, and monitor inventory levels
✔ Handle billing, cashier duties, and process customer payments accurately
✔ Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays
✔ Check product labels, prices, and expiry dates regularly
✔ Assist in receiving deliveries, unloading goods, and stock management
✔ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests professionally
✔ Follow company policies, sales procedures, and workplace safety standards
✔ Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising activities
✔ Work closely with store supervisors and team members to meet daily sales goals

Requirements:

✔ Previous retail / supermarket / customer service experience preferred
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic computer or POS billing system knowledge is an advantage
✔ Friendly, honest, and customer-oriented attitude
✔ Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical store tasks
✔ Teamwork mindset and willingness to work flexible shifts
✔ Basic English communication skills preferred
