A reputable restaurant and hospitality company is hiring polite, presentable, and customer-focused Waitresses / Servers to deliver excellent dining service and ensure a smooth guest experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks promptly according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic guest requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
  • Handle billing support and order management (as required)
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
  • Assist in maintaining a neat and organized restaurant environment
  • Support supervisors and team during peak hours

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waitress / Server preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English speaking ability preferred
  • Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and busy service hours
  • Team player with discipline and responsibility
  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or hospitality sector is an advantage
