Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent guest service, take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. A friendly attitude, good communication skills, and passion for service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and escort them to assigned tables
- Present menu options, answer questions, and recommend food & beverages
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean, set up, and properly arranged before and after service
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver high-quality service
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
Requirements
- High school diploma or related qualification
- 1–2 years of experience as Waiter/Waitress in hotels, restaurants, or cafés
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, polite, and professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic/Hindi) are an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
