Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil engineering projects, oversee design and construction activities, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects, including buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure
  • Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and designs
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution
  • Ensure adherence to UAE construction codes, regulations, and best practices
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff
  • Participate in procurement, tendering, and contract management activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, design standards, and project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, or other engineering software
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with UAE construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is a plus
