Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support sales operations, marketing activities, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist with lead generation, campaign execution, customer communication, and reporting to help drive business growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, client follow-ups, and proposal preparation
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media content, and promotional materials
  • Manage CRM systems, update client data, and track sales progress
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Support in organizing exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and share product or service information
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and data collection
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, operations, and management teams
  • Maintain marketing materials, brochures, and digital assets
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or similar coordination role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Knowledge of social media management and basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
