Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will manage staff, handle customer service concerns, monitor food quality, and support overall business performance. Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service quality
  • Manage and motivate service staff including waiters, hostesses, and runners
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, complaints, and special requests
  • Train and support team members on service standards and operating procedures
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene practices, and safety standards
  • Manage shift schedules, staff attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to optimize service efficiency
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist in meeting revenue targets
  • Support planning of promotions, special events, and reservations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or hospitality diploma preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience as Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in hotels, restaurants, or cafés
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution ability
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems & inventory management
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle peak-hour operations
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage
  • Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
