Job Description

We are hiring energetic and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through field sales visits, client meetings, and networking. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through outdoor field visits and market research
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing clients
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver product presentations
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet individual and team targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that match their requirements
  • Participate in sales campaigns, events, and outdoor promotions
  • Ensure after-sales support and service satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team to achieve goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in outdoor sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
  • Willing to travel across assigned areas for client visits
  • Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
  • UAE driving license preferred
