Manufacturing & Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Manufacturing & Machine Operator to work in our production facility in Ajman . The ideal candidate will operate production machines, monitor production processes, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment
• Load raw materials and components, and manage finished products
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
• Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of machines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in packing, labeling, and storage of products
• Document production output, machine logs, and report any issues to supervisors
• Work shifts as per production schedule (day/night, if required)

Requirements

• High school or equivalent (technical/diploma is a plus)
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is an advantage (but not always mandatory)
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks (lifting, standing for long hours, etc.)
• Basic understanding of machines and willingness to learn operating procedures
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain discipline
