Job Description
Experienced and dependable Maintenance Plumber with a proven background in hospitality facilities management. Skilled in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, water supply lines, drainage networks, sanitary fixtures, and heating systems within hotel environments. Strong ability to troubleshoot emergency issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Experienced in responding to guest service requests quickly and maintaining smooth hotel operations with minimal downtime. Excellent teamwork ability and knowledgeable in using plumbing tools, equipment, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain piping systems, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, water heaters, boilers, pumps, and drainage systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest complaints.
- Perform preventive maintenance across guest areas, back-of-house, and hotel facilities.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and resolve them efficiently to avoid system failures.
- Maintain tools, equipment performance logs, and material request documentation.
- Work closely with Engineering and Housekeeping for smooth hotel operations.
- Ensure standards of safety, hygiene, and hotel operation procedures.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–5 years of plumbing experience in a 4/5-star hotel or resort (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of hotel engineering operations
Education
- Diploma / ITI in Plumbing / Mechanical / Building Maintenance or equivalent
