Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales operations in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, marketplace coordination, and driving online sales growth across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
  • Monitor orders, inventory, shipping, and returns to ensure smooth fulfillment
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams
  • Track sales performance, conversions, and customer behavior
  • Implement basic SEO and digital marketing strategies for product visibility
  • Manage promotions, discounts, and online campaigns
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally
  • Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and stock availability
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce or online sales role
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, or similar
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales funnels
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Salary Range (Ajman)

  • AED 3,500 – 6,500 per month
    (Based on experience and platform expertise)
