Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our restaurant team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will greet customers, take orders, handle billing, and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining or takeaway experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, card, and online payments responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve minor complaints promptly.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or fast-food outlet (UAE experience preferred).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
