Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible E-Commerce Website Operator to manage the daily operations of our online store in Ajman. The ideal candidate will handle website updates, product management, order processing, and ensure a smooth and accurate online shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website
  • Upload, update, and maintain product listings (prices, images, descriptions, stock)
  • Process and monitor online orders, payments, cancellations, and returns
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
  • Ensure website accuracy, functionality, and error-free product data
  • Monitor website performance, product availability, and customer activity
  • Handle basic customer queries related to orders and website issues
  • Maintain inventory records and report stock discrepancies
  • Support online promotions, banners, and homepage updates
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, E-Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or website management
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar
  • Basic understanding of online payments, order flow, and inventory management
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
  • Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing FMCG or retail products online
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, product content optimization, and CMS
  • Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon or Noon
  • Ability to handle high order volumes efficiently
