We are hiring a Training Coordinator to organize employee training programs, maintain training records, and support employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate training sessions
- Maintain training schedules and records
- Communicate with trainers and employees
- Prepare training materials and reports
- Track training effectiveness and feedback
- Support HR in development programs
- Ensure compliance with training policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of training coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- MS Office proficiency
