Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager (GM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM) to lead and manage operations, drive business growth, and ensure overall organizational efficiency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, including sales, finance, HR, production, and customer service
  • Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and staff to ensure high performance
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and manage key client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare reports, performance analyses, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and business meetings
  • Support the Board/CEO in strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in a senior management role (GM, DGM, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in managing multi-functional teams and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze business performance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex business challenges
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
