Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and creating a high-performing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to meet performance goals
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle customer issues
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and operational standards
• Train and develop staff in sales, product knowledge, and customer handling
• Assist in planning promotions, campaigns, and store events
• Handle cash management, billing, and daily financial reconciliation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management or as a Store Supervisor/Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and inventory control
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
