Job Description

A reputable restaurant and hospitality company is hiring hardworking and reliable Dishwashers to support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas. The ideal candidate should have experience in kitchen cleaning, dishwashing operations, and maintaining hygiene standards in restaurants, hotels, or catering environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, trays, glasses, and kitchen equipment properly
• Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, sinks, and dishwashing stations
• Sort, stack, and store cleaned kitchen items in designated areas
• Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage according to hygiene procedures
• Assist kitchen staff in maintaining clean and organized workspaces
• Handle cleaning chemicals and detergents safely and properly
• Ensure continuous availability of clean dishes and kitchen utensils during operations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene standards at all times
• Support kitchen team during busy working hours when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper preferred
• Basic knowledge of kitchen cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools safely
• Physically fit for standing long hours and handling kitchen materials
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Hardworking, disciplined, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to work in fast-paced restaurant or hotel environments
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafes, or catering kitchens is an advantage
