Job Description

A reputed hotel, restaurant, or hospitality group in Bulgaria is hiring skilled Chefs for international kitchen operations. This opportunity is open for Nepalese candidates with professional cooking experience in hotels, restaurants, catering services, or commercial kitchens. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food hygiene standards, and supporting kitchen operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Some recent overseas hospitality postings have explicitly listed Nepal as an eligible nationality.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards
✔ Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and presentation
✔ Handle kitchen prep work, ingredient cutting, and mise en place
✔ Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
✔ Monitor food stock and support inventory control
✔ Follow international food safety and sanitation procedures
✔ Work closely with kitchen staff for smooth service operations
✔ Maintain discipline and efficiency during peak hours

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2–3 years experience as Chef / Cook / Kitchen Staff
✔ Experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchen preferred
✔ Knowledge of continental / Asian / Nepali / Indian cuisine is an advantage
✔ Basic English communication preferred
✔ Valid passport and clean background documents
✔ Teamwork attitude and ability to work in international environment
