Job Description

We are hiring a Senior HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across major construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• Train teams on safety standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international HSE regulations

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or HSE-related field
• 8–15 years of HSE leadership experience
• NEBOSH / IOSH certifications required
• Strong regulatory and site management knowledge
