Job Description

A reputable construction company is hiring skilled and hardworking Bricklayers for masonry work, block installation, wall construction, plaster support, and structural building projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in brick laying, concrete block work, cement mixing, wall alignment, and construction finishing for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials according to construction drawings and project requirements
  • Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials properly
  • Measure, align, and level walls, partitions, and structures accurately
  • Construct walls, foundations, pathways, and other masonry structures
  • Cut and shape bricks or blocks using proper masonry tools and equipment
  • Repair damaged walls, masonry structures, and brickwork when required
  • Operate masonry tools, cutters, grinders, and finishing equipment safely
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle materials properly
  • Follow workplace safety standards and construction procedures
  • Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, steel fixers, and other construction workers for smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bricklayer / Mason preferred
  • Basic knowledge of masonry work, brick laying, and cement finishing techniques
  • Ability to use masonry tools and construction equipment safely
  • Physically fit for lifting construction materials and working on construction sites
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong work ethic and attention to construction quality
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is an advantage
