Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead and manage property sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, manage a team of real estate agents, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets in the competitive UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Oversee residential and/or commercial property sales transactions
- Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and property promotions
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales team performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and property laws
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Preferred Skills
- RERA certification
- Experience in off-plan, secondary market, or leasing sales
- Strong CRM and sales reporting experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic, Hindi, or Russian an advantage)
