Retail Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to drive sales, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and support the growth of our retail business. The ideal candidate will be energetic, target-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising standards and product displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Keep track of inventory and report stock requirements to management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
• Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in [specify industry if relevant, e.g., fashion, electronics].
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
