Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell steel rebar and building materials to construction companies, contractors, and project developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the construction and building materials market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell steel rebar and construction/building materials to clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and suppliers
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Collect payments and follow up on outstanding receivables as required
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in steel rebar or building materials
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and local market suppliers
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Established client network within the construction industry
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and developers
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
  • Knowledge of UAE construction market and pricing trends
  • Experience working in UAE or GCC markets
