Sales Executive (Fresher)
Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and confident Sales Executives (Freshers) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and are eager to build a career in business development. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products and services
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups to close deals
- Assist in lead generation through field visits, telecalling, and networking
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, confident, and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English required; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
- Willingness to work in field sales when required
