Real estate recruiter (with Telesales Experience)
Job Description
We are urgently looking for a proactive Recruiter with telesales experience with to join our HR department. This role requires a confident communicator who can source, screen, and schedule top-performing real estate brokers while maintaining high organisational standards.
You are a good fit for this job If you can:
- Source and outreach top real estate brokers through multiple recruitment platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for the Senior HR Manager.
- Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Track, update, and report weekly and monthly recruitment performance.
- Work independently, staying organised and proactive, with consistent daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the HR Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile
Strong English communication skills (majority of calls conducted in English)
- Previous experience in HR, telesales, or recruitment is preferred
- Excellent time management, professionalism, and follow-through
- Immediate availability — only candidates who can join right away will be considered
- UAE experience is mandatory (applications without UAE experience will not be reviewed)
