Job Description

A reputable construction company in Belarus is hiring skilled and hardworking Masons for residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in bricklaying, block work, plastering, concrete finishing, and general masonry activities according to construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other masonry materials according to construction drawings
• Perform wall construction, partition work, plastering, and cement finishing activities
• Mix cement, mortar, and concrete materials in proper proportions
• Construct foundations, walls, pavements, and other structural masonry works
• Read basic construction drawings and follow site measurements accurately
• Repair damaged masonry structures, walls, and concrete surfaces when required
• Use masonry tools such as trowels, levels, grinders, cutters, and measuring equipment safely
• Ensure alignment, leveling, and finishing quality of masonry work
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle construction materials properly
• Follow workplace safety standards and construction site procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, steel fixers, and other construction workers for smooth project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mason / Bricklayer / Construction Worker preferred
• Basic knowledge of bricklaying, plastering, block work, and masonry techniques
• Ability to use masonry tools and construction equipment safely
• Physically fit for lifting materials and working in outdoor construction environments
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to finishing quality
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
