Job Description

Bog’Art is hiring skilled and experienced Surface Finishers for commercial buildings, residential developments, and large-scale infrastructure projects in Romania. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in plaster finishing, concrete surface treatment, wall smoothing, leveling, patch repair, and final finishing work to ensure high-quality construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform surface smoothing, leveling, and finishing on walls, ceilings, floors, and concrete structures
  • Apply plaster, cement compounds, and finishing materials according to project specifications
  • Repair cracks, holes, and uneven surfaces for smooth finishing
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, waterproofing, tiling, and decorative finishing work
  • Carry out grinding, polishing, and final surface treatment where required
  • Mix cement mortar, plaster compounds, and finishing materials accurately
  • Use finishing tools, trowels, grinders, and leveling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect finished surfaces for quality, alignment, and smoothness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite
  • Follow supervisor instructions and all workplace safety procedures
  • Coordinate with masons, painters, carpenters, and engineers for smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Surface Finisher / Concrete Finisher / Plaster Worker / Masonry Finisher
  • Strong knowledge of plastering, concrete finishing, leveling, and repair techniques
  • Experience using finishing hand tools, grinders, and leveling equipment
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements
  • Physically fit for demanding construction work
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and safety awareness
  • Experience in commercial / infrastructure projects is an advantage
