Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources function in our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR operations, develop policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with business goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DHA regulations (if applicable), and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce planning insights for senior management
  • Monitor and improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Manage HR team members and provide guidance and support
  • Support change management and organizational development projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and resolve workplace issues professionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
