Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager – Cost Control to oversee cost planning, budgeting, and expenditure control across projects and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure financial discipline, optimize costs, and provide strategic insights to support profitability and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage cost control frameworks, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor project and operational costs against approved budgets
  • Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Establish cost allocation methods and internal cost controls
  • Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and management presentations
  • Work closely with project managers and department heads
  • Support CAPEX planning, cash flow forecasting, and ROI analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
  • Identify cost optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Support audits and financial reviews related to cost management

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Professional certifications (CMA, CPA, ACCA, CFA)
  • Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors
  • Knowledge of IFRS and cost accounting standards
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
