Financial Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide variance analysis
- Prepare financial models to evaluate business opportunities and projects
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and support business decisions
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial performance
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, accounting principles, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, or consulting
- Knowledge of UAE or GCC financial regulations and reporting standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with financial dashboards and visualization tools
