Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance department, oversee financial planning, and ensure robust financial management across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide insights for business growth, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance function, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
  • Oversee cash flow management, investments, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare management reports, board presentations, and financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational and business initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in construction, real estate, or corporate sectors in UAE/GCC.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Expertise in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
