Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and safety audits
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports, cost analysis, and project documentation
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Resolve technical, operational, and logistical issues on site
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations
Preferred Skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of quality management systems and safety standards
- Experience working in UAE or GCC construction projects
