Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CA / Finance / Audit Specialist to oversee financial management, auditing, and compliance activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards, and will ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Accounting

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals in compliance with UAE accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure proper recording, classification, and reporting of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor cash flow, payments, and financial performance.

Audit & Compliance

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, provide required documentation, and support statutory audits.
  • Identify financial discrepancies, risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic financial decisions.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax, and other statutory obligations.
  • Assist in filing tax returns, maintaining audit trails, and responding to regulatory queries.

Process Improvement & Advisory

  • Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial transparency.
  • Provide guidance to finance team members on accounting, auditing, and regulatory practices.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, accounting standards (IFRS), and auditing principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
