Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and skilled in networking and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the real estate, construction, or corporate sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Networking and relationship-building expertise.
