Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, analyze data, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and workflows
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams
  • Collect and interpret data for decision-making
  • Support implementation of new systems or processes
  • Document business processes and requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 2–4 years of business analysis experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Good communication and documentation skills
