Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and research-driven Content Creators with a deep understanding of banking, investment banking, and financial analysis. The ideal candidates will produce insightful and engaging content that educates readers, enhances brand visibility, and supports marketing, recruitment, and placement communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original and insightful content on topics related to banking operations, investment banking, financial markets, and placement analysis.
  • Write articles, reports, blog posts, case studies, and web content highlighting trends in finance, investments, and global markets.
  • Create marketing and recruitment materials to support placement and analyst programs within the financial sector.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, analysts, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and depth.
  • Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple, engaging narratives.
  • Ensure all content complies with industry standards and brand tone.
  • Optimize written content for SEO and professional readership.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and financial events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in content writing, financial journalism, or banking/finance communication.
  • Strong understanding of investment banking, corporate finance, financial modeling, and capital markets.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to research financial data and convert it into accessible and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in writing for investment banking firms, research institutions, or finance-focused education portals.
  • Basic understanding of tools like Bloomberg, Excel modeling, and financial analysis platforms.
  • Ability to create long-form reports, LinkedIn articles, and educational content for finance students or professionals.
