Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Banking & Financial Services Executive to manage banking operations, client accounts, and financial services for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking Operations & Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts, balances, and financial activities.
  • Process payments, drafts, letters of credit, and other banking instruments.

Financial Services & Client Support

  • Provide advisory support to clients on banking products, loans, credit facilities, and investment options.
  • Resolve client queries and discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all banking operations comply with UAE Central Bank regulations, internal policies, and standard procedures.
  • Monitor for irregularities or potential risks in banking and financial transactions.
  • Support internal audits, financial checks, and regulatory reporting.

Process Improvement & Coordination

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Suggest improvements in banking procedures, risk management, and financial controls.
  • Keep updated with changes in financial regulations, banking products, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–6+ years of experience in banking, finance, or financial services operations.
  • Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, VAT, and financial compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in banking software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
