Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Banking Consultant to assist clients with financial products, provide expert guidance, and ensure a smooth banking experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales ability, and a solid understanding of banking processes and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking inquiries, account opening, loans, cards, and financial services.
• Provide personalized financial advice based on customer needs and eligibility.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products such as credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, insurance, and investment services.
• Review customer documents for completeness and compliance with bank policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Process transactions and service requests efficiently and securely.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC, and internal policies.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets set by the bank.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, loan processing, and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with targets and manage high-volume customer interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking/CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Presentable, professional, and trustworthy with strong analytical skills.
