Architect Design
Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to support real estate development projects, from concept design to final execution. The ideal candidate will develop architectural plans, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors. This role requires strong design ability, practical construction knowledge, and proficiency in architectural software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and master plans for real estate projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, construction documents, 3D models, and design presentations
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and feasibility studies for upcoming projects
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and sales teams to meet project specifications
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and municipality approval standards
- Modify and review designs based on feedback from stakeholders or regulatory authorities
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and material vendors during project execution
- Support design submissions, tender documents, and authority approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3–5 years of experience as an Architect (Real Estate / Construction experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Excellent design, creativity, and technical skills
- Knowledge of local building standards, Dubai/Sharjah municipality approvals (preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
