Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to plan, book, and manage travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate will provide expert travel advice, ensure seamless travel experiences, and deliver excellent customer service while maximizing sales and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
  • Plan and book flights, hotels, tours, visas, and travel insurance
  • Provide cost-effective and customized travel solutions
  • Handle ticketing, reservations, re-issuance, and cancellations
  • Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for bookings
  • Manage corporate and leisure travel accounts
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-travel support
  • Ensure compliance with airline and travel policies
  • Upsell travel packages and value-added services
  • Maintain accurate booking records and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
  • Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of airline fares, routes, and ticketing rules
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
