PMV Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMV Manager to oversee all aspects of plant, machinery, and vehicle operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage fleet maintenance, ensure operational efficiency, and coordinate logistics to support projects and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all PMV operations, including vehicles, machinery, and heavy equipment
• Ensure optimal performance, maintenance, and repair schedules of fleet and equipment
• Develop and implement PMV policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project teams to allocate machinery and vehicles efficiently
• Monitor fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, and maintenance budgets
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with UAE safety and operational regulations
• Supervise PMV team members, including operators, technicians, and drivers
• Maintain records of PMV operations, maintenance, and asset utilization
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements
• Ensure timely procurement and replacement of machinery and vehicles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in PMV management, fleet management, or heavy equipment operations
• Strong knowledge of plant, machinery, and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations, traffic laws, and industrial standards
• Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure project deadlines are met
