Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Assistant to manage front-facing guest interactions and deliver an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and skilled in communication and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and required information.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling (if applicable).
- Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, admin, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update databases or booking systems.
- Answer phones, manage emails, and support reception/front desk operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Promote company services, amenities, or offers when required.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in guest service, front desk, receptionist, or hospitality roles (hotel experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or booking software is an advantage.
- Presentable, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
