Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant staff and daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Manage reservations, orders, and complaints
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders
• Train and guide service staff
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance
• Prepare daily operational reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Hospitality
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
