Housekeeper
Job Description
We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of rooms, common areas, and facilities. The ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail and a positive attitude, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for guests or residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to high standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Dust furniture, vacuum floors, remove trash, and sanitize surfaces
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items to the supervisor
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Follow safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols
- Handle laundry operations if required
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks when needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitals, or residential properties (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks for long periods
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
