Job Description

We are looking for friendly, customer-focused, and well-presented Waiters to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Serve meals and ensure guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Handle billing, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests.
• Assist with setting up tables, arranging dining areas, and preparing for service.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials.
• Teamwork-oriented and reliable.
• Multilingual abilities (English + additional languages) are a plus.
