Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of assigned areas. The ideal candidates will ensure high standards of cleanliness while following safety and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal
- Change linens, make beds, and restock toiletries as required
- Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies
- Ensure a clean and pleasant environment for guests or staff
Required Qualifications
- No formal education required (basic education preferred)
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel, hospital, or facility cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety practices
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if required
- Experience in UAE or GCC facilities (preferred)
