Housekeeping Staff

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of assigned areas. The ideal candidates will ensure high standards of cleanliness while following safety and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal
• Change linens, make beds, and restock toiletries as required
• Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies
• Ensure a clean and pleasant environment for guests or staff

Required Qualifications

• No formal education required (basic education preferred)
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
• Attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel, hospital, or facility cleaning
• Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety practices
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if required
• Experience in UAE or GCC facilities (preferred)
