Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Waste Management Helpers to support daily waste collection, segregation, and disposal operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, supporting environmental standards, and ensuring safe and efficient waste handling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collection, segregation, and disposal of waste materials
- Handle waste bins, containers, and equipment safely
- Support loading and unloading of waste into collection vehicles
- Clean and maintain waste storage and disposal areas
- Follow waste management procedures and environmental guidelines
- Report hazards, spills, or unsafe conditions to supervisors
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times
- Comply with workplace safety and company policies
Required Qualifications
- No formal education required (basic education preferred)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in waste management, cleaning, or facility services
- Knowledge of basic waste segregation practices
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures
- Ability to work shifts or extended hours if required
