Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities and experience in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and dispatch operations.
• Implement safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods.
• Prepare daily and weekly warehouse reports.
• Handle warehouse equipment and ensure regular maintenance.
• Resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
• 2–4 years of warehouse experience (supervisory preferred).
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.
