Training Academy Facilitator

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Training Academy Facilitator to deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions and workshops across various skill development programs. The ideal candidate will support the learning objectives of the academy by facilitating courses, assessing participants’ progress, and ensuring an interactive and results-driven learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations as per academy standards.
• Facilitate learning for individuals and groups across technical, soft skills, or corporate training programs.
• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools in coordination with the Training Manager.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on trainee performance and learning outcomes.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to trainees to support their career development.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Continuously update knowledge of modern training methodologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to enhance course content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant technical field.
• 3–6 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or adult learning (preferably in the UAE or GCC).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage diverse learners through interactive and hands-on training approaches.
• Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or Coaching (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent).
• Experience delivering technical or vocational training programs.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic) proficiency is an advantage.
