Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Ras Al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate will make outbound/inbound calls, promote our products or services, generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert leads into sales while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Respond to inbound enquiries, handle questions, and provide accurate information.
Understand customer needs, pitch suitable products/services, and close sales or set appointments.
Maintain records of calls, client information, sales leads, follow‑ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and meet performance metrics.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and hand off qualified prospects.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity, leads, conversion rates to management.
Use CRM or internal systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Handle customer complaints or queries professionally, escalate when needed.
Work under pressure in a target‑driven environment, managing high call volumes and follow‑ups.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years (entry-level) or more — previous experience in telesales, call‑centre, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, other languages may be an advantage).
  • Confident phone‑manner, strong persuasion and customer‑service skills.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office, CRM or sales software.
  • Ability to handle rejection, work under pressure, and meet sales targets.
  • Good organizational and follow‑up skills; ability to manage multiple leads and calls.
